Time management is key! Make sure you organize and prioritize the applications that are most important to you or the ones that are closest to the deadline and to always have fun while doing your applications:)
Check the requirements very very carefully, every little detail counts.
Don't hesitate to ask questions, be it with upperclassmen, friends who are applying or even calling the uni's admission office.
Feel free to take school days off just to rest/ work on your portfolio during your senior year. Your mental health is very important in this process!
Make sure to do as much as you can while you are free (e.g. start listing out activities/draft personal statements in August and do mock BMAT papers once a week). Remember to treat yourself once in a while!
Med applications aren't as scary as you think, just make sure you plan ahead and be yourself. It was an enjoyable process learning more about myself and I went into the interviews being completely myself, thinking its not about accepting whoever is better but its about who they think would enjoy being with them the most. You got this!! :DD
